If a person feels anxious the first thing he should do is to breathe properly. So, you should do the following: - Sit upright with overturned head, relax the jaw. If there is no possibility to sit you can do this staying.
- Inhale deeply and slowly through your nose.
- Exhale smoothly and slowly through your nose.
- Before inhaling again, count mentally to five.
- Keep breathing like this till you feel better and your breathing rate normalizes.
